Who We Are
At NOW Machine, our mission is to provide our clients with high quality machining services. We are a family owned and operated CNC lathe shop in Manitowoc, WI. As a Journeyman CNC machinist with 20+ years of experience, I have the skills to provide quality machined parts and fast turnaround service. With twin spindles, live tooling, Y-axis capabilities, and bar feed production, we turn material into finished parts quickly and efficiently. We are committed to delivering quality and precision in everything we do.
Current Capabilities
No minimum lot size. Steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, plastic or exotics, we work with most all materials.
- Dual column bandsaw cuts material up to 10" diameter.
-Samsung SL-25 BSY, full 4-axis, live tooling, twin spindle lathe with LNS bar feed can run material up to 3" diameter and makes quick work of two op parts.
-Samsung SL-25 Long Bed lathe for parts up to 36" between centers. Also equipped with LNS bar feed for material up to 3" diameter and a 10" chuck for larger pieces, max turn diameter of 14".
